1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gg44 website accessible at gg44.io and all associated pages, subdomains, and services operated by gg44.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the gg44 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the gg44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's gg44 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a gg44 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access full platform functionality.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action by a Player that is expressly forbidden under these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting tools.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gg44 platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any bet or wager on gg44, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and gg44.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gg44 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on gg44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. gg44 strictly enforces this age threshold and does not permit access by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of local legal minimums.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be registered on any national or platform-specific self-exclusion list.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of gg44 or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration and KYC process.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on gg44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

Upon registration, Players are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), smart card, or passport for identity and age verification purposes. gg44 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed image or PDF format. gg44 reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, incomplete, altered, or otherwise fail to meet verification standards. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by gg44 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gg44 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gg44 support at [email protected] immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds held in gg44 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gg44 does not hold or convert funds in any foreign currency. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are published on the gg44 payments information page and may be updated from time to time.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods listed at the time of transaction. gg44 does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the gg44 account. Third-party payments — meaning withdrawals to a payment method owned by a different person — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review or suspension.

gg44 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. gg44 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider.

gg44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where it reasonably suspects that a Player's account has been involved in Prohibited Activity, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. During any such investigation, the Player's account may be temporarily restricted.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gg44 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the event or title being wagered on. General rules applicable across all products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gg44 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances expressly described in the relevant game or sport rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game titles. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game round or event, gg44 will apply its voiding or settlement policies as set out in the relevant product rules. gg44's decision regarding settlement in error scenarios is final.
• gg44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous odds price where the error was apparent or where the odds deviated materially from the true market price at the time of bet acceptance.
• Winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines operated by the relevant game studio. gg44 does not control or influence game outcomes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

gg44 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the Player.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all gg44 promotions:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, unless the individual promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• gg44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a Player claiming it.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the gg44 platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

gg44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all account holders. The platform provides a suite of tools that Players may use to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg44 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses voided, and any winnings generated through Prohibited Activity forfeited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to exploit the Platform's systems.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share information, or otherwise manipulate game or betting results.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of gg44 accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with gg44 support.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with any part of the gg44 platform's technical infrastructure, software, or security systems.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their full knowledge and consent.
• Any activity that gg44 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or in bad faith — whether or not it falls within the specific categories listed above.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg44 platform — including but not limited to the gg44 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gg44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any gg44 content without the prior written consent of gg44. Unauthorised use of gg44's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gg44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or system downtime beyond gg44's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed by you on promotional materials, odds displays, or game outcome predictions provided on or linked from the gg44 platform.

gg44's total liability to any individual Player, in respect of any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

gg44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the gg44 platform after any update to the Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

13. Termination

gg44 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected Prohibited Activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the gg44 platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination (where termination is not due to Prohibited Activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the closure is finalised.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform agreements. gg44 operates exclusively as an online entertainment platform for adults aged 21 and above. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of gg44 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

gg44 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to gg44 from territories where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk and initiative. gg44 bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a Player's decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
